The owners of this house located in the rustic area of Algaida wanted a naturalized garden, made with plants well adapted to the Mediterranean climate and with low water needs that would allow them to enjoy a colorful garden that is easy to maintain.
Faced with the impossibility of having more land to build (terraces, solariums,...), spaces were designed based on gravel and paths of sandstone slabs, all surrounded by shrubs combining textures and colors.

The pool is located on a second level, completely surrounded by bushes that, in addition to separating spaces, protects the water from the dirt caused by the land of the unlandscaped area.

Varieties such as Teucrium, Erigeron, white Gaura, purple creeping lantana, Yuca rostrata, creeping Romero and Pitosporum nana among others were used. All of them are fully adapted to the typical climatic characteristics of Mallorca and are widely used in xeriscaping (low water needs).
