It is a single-family home, newly built and minimalist style.
The owners carried out in a first phase the installation of a large artificial grass meadow that bordered the pool and delimited the garden area.
The 2nd phase has consisted of the landscaping of the entire slope. The difficulty of this area lay in the unevenness between the grassy area and the limits of the wall. For this, a rockery has been made that, at the same time that it overcomes the unevenness, also allows the passage to a lower exit.
Another of the premises of the property was the execution of a sandbox as a playground.
As usual in our projects, the species used are fully adapted to the Mediterranean climate. They are part, among others: Pitosporum tobira 'nana', Juniperus horizontalis, Cypress, Teucrium fruticans, Cyca... All this makes it a sustainable and functional garden.
